Fraud

At HFK we have the various skills and contacts to offer a comprehensive service, to help businesses identify, manage and prevent fraud. We know from experience how to identify the areas of fraud vulnerability and to recognise the symptoms of abnormal losses.

By investigating a client’s financial systems we are able to identify the root causes of any misappropriation, compile evidence of any offending and give appropriate advice with respect to resolving the issue. This may involve consideration of human resources issues or making a referral to the Police.

The Police will often refer fraud matters requiring investigation back to the complainant and only become involved when the file is “mature”. At HFK we are used to working to that standard. A well prepared and evidenced file will generally result in an enthusiastic response from Police.
