Euan Hilson - Consultant - B. Com. C A

Euan Hilson retired from the Firm on the 1st January 2004 but continues to act as a Consultant.

This is to ensure that an effective and seamless transfer of the clients, for which he has been responsible for, will be allocated to the other Directors, in a timely and orderly manner. This will be completed in consultation with the clients concerned.

His expertise and spread of knowledge will continue to be made available to the Firm and its clients.

Such areas of expertise include business restructurings, business negotiations and financing, property synidications and management.

He has continued to hold a number of active Directorships and his industry specialisations are diverse and extensive ranging from large private educational institutions to investment companies with a wide portfolio of international investments.

Euan was the founding partner of the Firm and it was due to his commitment and energy that the firm now enjoys a substantial and divergent client base.
